President-Elect Donald Trump has not yet announced his pick for Secretary of State, though the press has speculated on several prospective candidates. You, the Breitbart reader, were instrumental in Trumps election victory and the continuing rise of Americas nationalist-populist movement. We want to know who you would prefer to serve as the countrys chief diplomat.
Former US Ambassador to the UN John Bolton 27.94% (1,712 votes)
Former Governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney 7.62% (467 votes)
Former Mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani 35.2% (2,157 votes)
U.S. Representative Dana Rohrabacher 2.77% (170 votes)
Former CIA Director David Petraeus 20.17% (1,236 votes)

You may not understand why they don't see the outcome, but don't tell me you don't understand the temptation.
Rudy.
Two years of SS service should be enough to clean out the SD trash.
He’ll be ready to wash his hands and retire by then.
Carson is a good man and a great Surgeon, but the bureaucracy at HUD requires a tough person with great management skills. Doctors typically are not very good Administrators.
They need to evaluate the consequences of their behavior before they act.
John Bolton ...... the steely eyed mind reader. Perfect choice.
Perry,
Allen West.
There are a few other choices...
absolutely.......anyone but Romney
Sibastinn Gorka works for me, Liz.
Bolton has the edge of one more neocon, and was no fan of Trump. Drain the swamp with at least a few new faces, please.
Seems State has become a social engineering and/or cash-for-favors trading job recently.
A most compelling argument.
You are 100% wrong. Rudy’s been lobbying and campaigning for SOS. Obviously you haven’t been paying attention.
Allen West? That’s a great suggestion.
[Rick Perry]
First ask him the THREE things he would contribute as SecState.
Obviously you are misreading the signs ...
donald Rumsfeld
I want whoever Trump decides upon. His judgment has proven to be better than just about anyone else’s. That doesnt mean he can’t make a mistake. It does mean that if he does make a mistake he will correct it quickly. I can’t say that I know the direction Trump will go but I believe totally that he will navigate in his chosen direction better than anyone else could.
That's a nice idea if they would would together well.
If I remember correctly during the second invasion of Iraq
Petraeus relieved the division camander just as they were nearing Bagdad and put himself in charge so it could punch his own combat ticket
Real putz
Don’t know why but I’ve been giving her the benefit of the doubt. I suppose it’s time to rethink it.
Until I see the deleted Petraeus-Clinton emails, he’s a no for me.
Unless it is Ambassador to Kolob. Then I guess Romney would be okay.
