Just bought a Mojito marinade I plan on using on a pork loin.
Trying to get a more authentic flavor on a Cuban sandwich.

I’ve never gotten into the sandwiches. I think it’s the pickles: I don’t like pickles.
Cubans are rare in our congregation: they tend to be very assimilated in these parts, 2nd or 3rd generation. My pork dish and mango-habanero are highly regarded by Puerto Ricans, though.
