How it SHOULD be:
All of the above PLUS if you are wearing your uniform, I don’t care if it’s Calif, NY, or Hawaii, then you can carry.
If they can be identified, then they’re a target.
I think if Calif doesn’t go along with it they should lose all their highway funding.
And I am IN California.

Wait till Trump takes office, you can bet that’s exactly what will happen, and he will do more than withdraw highway funding. To put our vets in harms way because of a bunch of liberal whiny ass punks who call radical Islamic terrorist attacks “Work place violence”, want to disarm our military is about as outrageous as it gets.
