If theyy were overconfident thay would not have cancelled the fireworks two days before the election. Romney likewise cancelled his entertainment prior to the election when his internal polling told him he was going to lose.

Romney of course knew he was going to lose when he learned long before the cancellation that it was his job to see that Obama was put into office for a second term.
Wasn’t the way he wanted it and it disappointed the higher ups in his church also.
