Many years ago there was a baseball player on a team that hadn’t done well. Nevertheless, the player tried to negotiate a raise. The manager told him: “Look, we finished in last place this year while you were playing. We can finish in last place again next year without you.”
If the 49ers have lost 10 in a row, they have no reason to keep Kaepernick. It can only help the team if they get rid of this mook.

(Inside Jed York’s office):
“Hey, we know what we put on the field is resulting in low attendance! I just had a stroke of brilliance! Let’s let ‘Mr. special K’ piss off 1/2 of the few that attend! IT COULD WORK!”
ESPN is already saying after his performance in todays game he will play next year... Would ESPN done the same thing if Tebow was QB for the last 10 games?
I read last week that he had 6 more games (5 now) and then the 49ers are done with him, without a costly penalty for breaking the contract as I understand it. At least this way by finishing dead last they will get good picks for future teams as they get rid of Kaepernick.
Maybe Cleveland can use him.....
