Petraeus had an affair so the question must be asked; "If you didn't stay true to your oath of marriage, why should we expect you to stay true to the oath to uphold the Constitution?

Yes, that's the one. I do not want this guy to be Secretary of State. What he pulled with classified info and humiliating his wife was too recent for him to be considered for this position. Appearance matters a great deal with Secretary of State. I know I am in the very small minority of freepers in asserting this, but I believe Romney would be a great pick for Secretary of State. By choosing him, Trump would shore-up the Establishment wing of the party. I just don't believe that Romney would waste his energy plotting against Trump. I think he'd want to be a great Secretary of State, which would mean being loyal to the President he serves.
