Stein missed Pennsylvania's deadline to file for a voter-initiated recount. That blown deadline is a huge blow for Democrats who have pinned their hopes on recounts in the Keystone State, Michigan and Wisconsin.
"According to Wanda Murren, spokeswoman for the Pennsylvania Department of State," the Philadelphia Inquirer reported Monday, "the deadline for a voter-initiated recount was Monday, Nov. 21."

From the article:
“Allied with Clinton’s camp, Stein can still mount a legal challenge. While the chances of litigation are uncertain, the vote tally is clear. Trump beat Clinton in Pennsylvania, a feat not accomplished by a Republican since Ronald Reagan in 1988.”
Umm, I’m pretty sure that it was George H.W. Bush (and J. Danforth Quayle) who carried PA in 1988 .... I hope that the author was more diligent in checking the other facts in the article (such as that the deadline for voter-initiated recounts indeed has passed).

Trump beat Clinton in Pennsylvania, a feat not accomplished by a Republican since Ronald Reagan in 1988. Ronald Reagan wasn't on the ballot in 1988.

She can still go to a court to order one.
Can’t imagine any persuasive argument for it though.

I believe that that deadline might have been why Stein was so unhappy that Clinton “joined” the recount effort. Clinton has better legal standing for requesting a recount. I think Stein wanted to collect the money, make a weak effort to get some recounts, then run with the money.

A huge blow? It’s a fatal blow. Without PA, it is impossible for Crooked Hillary to overturn the election even in the 1 in a million chance she is able to turn WI and MI.

Now we only have 6 more months of “Donald Trump and his cronies stole this election.....”

Oh come on, folks. The LAW is no obstacle to the Demon Rats...a simpler matter of judge shopping can change this “missed deadline” nonsense.

This sick -itch will sue, you can bet on that. What in the hell use is rules and elections if the looser can run shi! for years. America has become a legal system trash heap. Maybe Trump can reset all the rules for Federal Elections and make them so silly law sues cannot be accepted by any Court.

I’m telling these people to start working on the 2020 campaign, they will need that much time to detox and clear their heads.
