Full Title - "THE CONSERVATIVE PURGE BEGINS=> Apple Removes Breitbart From Their App Store"
Guest post by Joe Hoft
Let the purge begin.
Democrats are furious that Americans rejected their criminal, unethical, boring and fainting far left candidate.
And they are OUTRAGED that they do not control the flow of information anymore thanks to the internet, Facebook, Twitter, and talk radio.
So rather than win on ideas they have decided to purge the conservative websites from the marketplace of ideas.
The Apple store removed Breitbart.com from their App store recently.
If you do a search on Breitbart or BreitbartNews this is what you get.
Theyve removed it.
Breitbart had 45 million monthly readers last month.
Theyre too much of a threat.

“5 in this family all changed from Apple”
Good for you!!!
I have my first Iphone. I was always a Blackberry user.
I have no problem ditching Apple.
Ghostery is a royal PITA - having to configure it for each page a person visits and has a steeper tech learning curve than most people care to tackle.
______________
Really? I have found it easier than Adblock. The configs go from page to page, and you just ad in more until you have it all.
Adblock is google and google tracks you whether you want it or not.
It’s been replaced by adblock plus.
Yes I know, I actually have a thread out here somewhere about it. It changed and became useless to me and useful to google.
Still see it available on my iPhone, among Drudge and others.
??
Interesting. I still use it to this day and don’t have problems with it.
I’ll go dig around for FR threads on adblock and see what I find.
You are a master-searcher!
Just downloaded it thru iTunes. What’s the problem?
Or was the object of this to get more downloads?
Apple’s own “News” application still has Breitbart as a source. If this is true, you’d think Apple would pull that feed as well.
Who needs an app? They send me their site link in an email every day!
But I’m pi$$ed off at them because I’ve been banned from commenting on their site. I’ve repeatedly requested that they tell me what I said to cause it, even if just to avoid getting banned elsewhere, but they do not answer or even acknowledge the request.
I used evil google with the following search terms: chickensoup adblock site:freerepublic.com. I looked through the adblock keyword also.
The latest Apple/Mac/iOS Pings can be found by searching Keyword "ApplePingList" on FreeRepublic's Search.
If you want on or off the Mac Ping List, Freepmail me
FAKE NEWS! Breitbart Apps are still on Apple. Found them easily. Sorry to burst your Apple Hate Brigade Bubble, Neidermeye.
And it did not happen. The Breitbart Apps are still on the Apple App Stores.
This is FAKE NEWS! I would be willing to bet it was planted to prove the damn Liberals' claims about how easy it is to get Conservatives to jump on such idiotic claims without checking such an easily checked fact! You anti-Apple Hate Brigade Members jumped on and started crowing as soon as you saw it without bothering to check.
LOL
The Breitbart apps are present in the App Store this morning.
Correct.
I just found it, too.
Funny thing is, I never knew that they had an app.
I think I’ll get it now and try it.
I love Milo’s work.
Looks as if this is FAKE NEWS, intended to prove the point of the Libs' claims that conservatives will jump on anything that looks at all possibly true, without bothering to check no matter how easy it is to do so, and spread it. It's working.
