LANSING, Mich. The Latest on presidential recount efforts in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin (all times local):
1:45 p.m.
Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein has requested a full hand recount of Michigans presidential vote.
Stein requested the recount on Wednesday. She had already requested recounts in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
Republican Donald Trump won all three states. He defeated Democrat Hillary Clinton in Michigan by 10,704 votes out of nearly 4.8 million ballots cast. Stein alleges that irregularities and the potential for hacking into scanning devices call into question the results.
The Michigan recount could start as early as Friday.
Trumps victory is highly unlikely to be reversed in any of the states. But Stein says the recount will ensure the integrity of the election.
Republicans say the recount will cost taxpayers far more than the $973,000 Stein must pay when filing her recount petition.

Yes, they should say “Machine count all you’d like. But we do not want partisan volunteers putting hands on ballots.”
The winner can contest the recount so let’s see how this develops.
Who’s watchin’ the watchers?
Jillary is running to be the Bernie of 2020 for the Democrats.
168.879 is the applicable Mich law, since the vote for electors for president and vice president is canvassed by the board of state canvassers:

So this is way after 48 hours. Why allowed?
I think that depends on interpretation. A strict reading of the constitution and the law would say otherwise. The electors for all states according to federal law are appointed on November 8, 2016. The 12 amendment says the vote is a majority of the electors appointed. Therefore, as of November 8, 2016 all 538 electors should have been appointed. These recounts would not change the fact that the electors are already appointed.
There are 75,000 ‘blank ballot intents’?
If those ballots were not included in the total presidential counts before (they did not wish to vote for either candidate) why would an intent be given to those votes now?
And attempting to assign an “intent” vote to such a ballot would be highly subjective and prone to corruption, which means Hillary would win.
And how do we know the ballots will not, or have not, already been tampered with in the last couple weeks since the election?
If there is no proof of fraud at this point, there is only one reason to do a recount and that is to steal the election.
Should Soros Loserman be changed to Soros Loserwoman?
No, hearing was Monday.
On your other question, from a tweet couple days ago:

ALERT: President-elect Trump has hired Lansing election law super attorneys Gary Gordon and John Pirich to represent him in Steins recount.
The Supreme Court will be tied and the Liberal Judges ruling will stand. The MSM will blame the Republicans for not allowing Obama to stack the court, and they all will scream that Trump is not elected, since he does not have 270 Electoral Votes in the Electoral College on December 19th.
Hopefully then the election will go to Congress. Also hopefully the GOPe will not support Hillary.
No matter what happens, the Democrats, their socialist allies, and and the MSM will beat the drum and slander Trump for four years, always claiming he was selected, not elected. I'm just praying that none of this happens, and someone in one of the three states, or on the federal level puts an end to this massive effort to steal the election.
Is that Comrade Bernie Sanders?
[Each party is allowed an observer at each count.]
I want the guy in post 8 to represent The Green Party - dressed exactly like that. And shown on TV, repeatedly, 24/7.

Stein’s goal is to cast doubt on the tabulating machines.
Isn’t Monday more than 48 hours after the vote was finalized?
B****. Leave my state alone.
The vote was finalized Monday.
Meanwhile in NC, where a Dem leads the Governor race...

Attorney for Cooper, Democrats: “Uncertainty” and “mere suspicion” are not enough to merit a recount under state law. #ncpol”
It expired Today. The cow got in just under the wire.
I really, really just don’t want to live with these people anymore.
