It's his way of putting Ryan on notice that he will use us, the people to put pressure on them when called upon. Ryan is rather slow, but we'll catch him up fast

Yes he was doing that (enlisting all of us to help fight for his agenda). I imagine that means we are all going to have to burn up the phone lines, the emails, the twitters, etc. to these Congress critters in order to be sure they don’t frustrate “the cause”.
