I would think the heads up for Trump is unnecessary, but we've been duped before.
I guess we'll see on day one, as the sancturary cities are lining up against the will of the people.

"skoche"? Huh. Haven't seen it spelled that way, but usually as "skosh" - adapted from "sukoshi" - as in "sukoshi dake". First heard it at Yokusuka, I think.

I look forward to it! I am proud of my entire record on FR. My main regret is that my favorite posts, c 2001-2009 ala Operation Infinite Freep, depended in large part on the accompanying photos, and since those were hosted on long-gone web addresses used by others & myself who took them, it leaves the posts only a shadow of themselves, since photos obviously cannot be archived by FR.

I do too. My MO is to spend the vast majority of my time in respectful discourse w/ fellow Freepers and save all the flames and insults for the Libs.
But if a Freeper who I mildly disagree with, instantly goes all AdHominea over me, I say "Bring it on" and I try to match tit for tat, including de-escalating as soon as they do.

Thank you. You too. As always, when I don't back the eventual nominee during the primary season, I switch from 0% to 100% support the moment they secure the nomination. So that was like around May 1 that Trump became "100% MY candidate".
Also, I'm fairly certain I never "bashed Trump" - even pre-May, but I did spend many an hour bashing a select few FR Trump supporters who were bashing my state. Of course, the distinction between bashing them versus bashing Trump was completely lost on them. Sigh.

Ditto. One of the things I enjoy about FR is it's about the last place outside of some churches where you're guaranteed to not hear any of that "Happy Holidays" crap! BTW, you planning on going to the FReeper Ball? Three of us here plan to make the cross-country pilgrimage.
