WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama is urging the public to help save his health care law, which is in serious danger of being repealed under President-elect Donald Trump.

In a Facebook Live appearance, Obama says the Affordable Care Act has improved millions of lives over the six years it's been the "law of the land." He says the country can't go "backward."

Obama’s very presence in the White House is a violation of constitutional law.

CAN’T? Remember the Medicare Catastrophic Coverage Act passed in 1988 and repealed not long after!

Just as there is an ‘unwritten rule’ that a high rise never has a floor marked #13, is it possible that we might employ this same tactic to our #43-4 Resident in our oo? Damn! such a delightful thought; just made myself smile :-)

Obama is right: his Death Panels Law *is* currently on the books.

But KEEPING that law is what will take America “backwards”.

I look forward to the bill being repealed.

I want the networks to have to cover the signing. And I want to hear Mike Pence say out loud: “This is a big FANTASTIC deal.”

If the democrats wanted to cover everyone, they need to open a fund with their money and write a check to anyone who asks to be provided with an insurance policy. They can demonstrate their compassion by doing it buy themselves.

But that is not what they want. They want to tell you and me how to live our lives. They want to be able to reach into your pocket anytime they wish in order to buy a demographic which will vote democrat.

I will tell you a story. I lived in a small town in Texas. A man about 28 years old, who got on medicaid came into the ER holding his guts. He had been down at the Armadillo Lounge drinking and approached a woman. The problem was her husband was there too. The short fight which ensued resulted in a small knife (6 inch blade) and he stabbed this idiot in the belly. As he 'strained" (cried, coughed, valsalvad) the small bowl started exiting the hole in his abdomen, and soon about 18 inches of bowel was in his hands and arms.

At my arrival this guy was crying, "Don't let me die, don't let me die Doc". I told him he was not going to die.

So I operated, he did fine and went home in about 5 days. He, of course, wanted some pain pills. I gave him about 10 Hydrocodone. They lasted about 1 1/2 days. He called for more. I gave him another 10. A day and a half and he called back. I told him No. He kept calling. Same result.

Now I saw him at 2 weeks and 6 weeks postop and then released him to his family physician.

The next thing I am told about he was down at the Armadillo lounge telling everyone, "The Doc has me on a strict orange juice diet." (Screw drivers, I think}.

The point of this is....he never paid me a dime. He did have plenty of money for screwdrivers and cigarettes.

I could tell 200 similar stories. The point is not that I ate the bill. The point is, if the liberals want to encourage this kind of behavior keep paying his way. Don't ask me to underwrite it. I did 300,000 in free care for years and years....walkins to the ER. Our bylaws require us to cover those patients in our discipline. Lots of callouts. Lots of nights working for no pay. If the liberals want these people covered, let them provide insurance coverage. I have done it for nearly 28 years. That is part of the job to help the indigent. But able bodied men and women milking a flawed system.

The indigent women need to keep their clothes on and not fornicate and make so many babies. The little babies are not at fault. But with the liberal system in place, why should they?
