The local rag never once mentioned that the call was made by Taiwan, not by Trump.
This lie is deliberate and intentional, to get people to go around saying that Trump called Taiwan. Once that lie is out there, it will not be possible to call it back.
And that is their plan.
Whether or not he made the call or answered it, Trump didn’t make a mistake. He has a team and knows what he is doing
