Does it matter?
A 50 billion dollar investment and 50 thousand job investment in the USA is a good thing.
I wouldn’t care if this guy was a Martian and his main offices were located at Olympus Mons, as long as the investments are coming here instead of China, Pakistan, Korea, or some other country.
