No reason for the USSC to take the case. It’s related to MI law, not federal law. It should end now, but Stein might appeal to the MI Supreme Court if she loses.

There is ongoing litigation related to this in District court (judges decision pending) Originated when said judge ordered the recount started ahead of time and that he and only he could authorize the recount to stop.
