Some states do not have any law or regulation in place that will not allow it. These are the states they will focus on to get electors to change the votes in.
I doubt it is possible however. But I don’t put anything past these people at this point. They are desperate, their whole agenda just got sunk for decades(1-3 supreme court picks). Not just on a national level either.

Our country has survived bad Presidents. It will survive Trump.
They wanted to force Hillary on us, then they tried to subvert the election through recounts to change the result and now they want to elect another Republican President because they don’t like the man Americans chose to be their President.
The NeverTrumpers are not bound by the Constitution, the law or ethics. For them, the means justify the end.
That’s what they’ve been doing before the election and what they’ve been doing since it was over.
A month isn’t enough time for them to get over their delirium.
She had her chance to vote for Mitt Romney. She blew it. What’s more faithless electors just reduce the number Trump needs.
