“There is no place for that as long as I am breathing,” Ms. Boxer declared.

So stop breathing, you decrepit ho.

CA needs to stop wasting money on high speed rail and get busy building desalination plants...look at what Israel is doing and follow their lead on this.

Barbara Boxer has torpedoed more legislation than she’s helped pass during her four terms in the Senate.

You know, in principle that's not a bad thing.

In practice however...

“The package also includes $120 million to fix Flint, Michigan’s corroded pipes and other aging municipal water systems.”

While I recognize that it's not germane to the dumber-than-a-Boxer-of-rocks issue, what do local water issues, including replacing water pipes, have to do with Uncle Sugar?

Here is a wonderful graphic for anyone interested in seeing the state of all of California’s major reservoirs.

http://cdec.water.ca.gov/cdecapp/resapp/getResGraphsMain.action

You can click on the reservoir name and see a further graphic of how the water has been accumulated and released over each year from present going way back in time. Boxer is a fool! As you can see SoCal gets the bulk of it’s water from the North, and now, when the Northern Rivers are running full due to the seasonal rains, if we don’t impound that water now, it’s gone forever. I am not a fan of SoCal. That area has become a Mexican $hit hole, but the Central Valley farms need water moved to them because they feed the entire country.

I’m a little surprised someone in California hasn’t killed her. There are billboards on the highways attacking her for the devastation she has caused to the California agricultural sector.

She doesn’t need to worry, when she assumes room temperature there are many here who will make sure her headstone is properly watered.

Western land grab scheme. Boxer is banking on drying up the central valley, starving the farmers out, and then picking up that land at fire sale foreclosure prices.

“There is no place for that as long as I am breathing,” Ms. Boxer declared.

Sounds like a simple solution, to me.

This explains why Feinstein didn’t show up at Boxer’s farewell party.

In one of her many final interviews, she described politics as a noble profession. What she means, of course, is that politics is a profession that allows the unbridled acquisition of unearned money to the extent that the elected thief can be elevated to the party of nobles. Still, it’s hard to believe that she thinks she has enough money that retirement is a possibility.

The san Joaquin river delta combines all the rivers from the sierra Nevada watershed , and is capable of producing more water than the Colorado river. Yet, fir the past 20 years Democrats have forced legislation to stop the irrigation of the farm lands in the great central valley of California and forced the runoff to pass through out to sea. Presently becuse of fake environmental laws about 80 percent of the water flows out to sea under the golden gate bridge. Before settlers a good part of the central valley was swamp land, so the democrat,s claim of environmental are phony as their reason to block water supplies to to irrigate the valley. Many farms go back decades, handed down and run by small families which has produced historically the greatest crop yield exceeding any place one the planet, But after a few decades of the liberals turning off the tap, farmers are teraring out the crops and selling the land , cheap prices to foreign investors or for suburban development . The loss and control of this farmland should be a national security issue, but not for the Democrats , to them its a well of bribery and corruption, only explantion is develpoers and foreigners want to drive the farmers off thier lands . These CA politicians are now not office to defend the small American farmer, but instead to line thier pockets . When Trump spoke in Fresno Ca during the campaign he echoed the drought in CA was man made , for which he was laughed at by the California liberal press citing the lack of rain , and global warming as the “real” cause and the usual republicans are illiterate and stupid routine. The water needs to be turned back in for irrigation, if Trump follows through he will be a hero, generating food and jobs to not only California but the whole country ,

Since I’m not going to pay a subscription fee in order to read the full article, can you explain how one Senator in the minority party is able to stop legislation?

Say what you want about Feinstein but she has always been much smarter than Boxer. Especially when it comes to foreign policy.
