Tucker Carlson takes on Mathew Blachfield, the anti-Trump CEO of "1st in SEO" who is refusing to do business with anyone who supported Donald Trump. (November 23rd, 2016)
Thus proving in his mind, Trumpers are deplorable.
“Why am I getting all the hate?? I just told half of America they are morally beneath me because they are.”
This guy is totally gaywad IMO. He has a very serious personal problem and that will translate out to a very serious business problem for his company in the future.
I think the point that needs to be made is a new AG should file suit and sue him into oblivion as was done with a number of florists and bakers.
SEO is the engine of fake news.
He’ll know. It’s his job!
Actually, you’d never know if this particular guy was performing the service—you only see the client ads, which he helps optimize.
Can I go, too? I want to study the physics of throat singing!
Yep, and he should lose his day job for spending all this time off for political advocacy and promoting his floozy little keyword ranking scam. Shouldn’t he be fighting fires? Do you trust this ass to actually fight a fire in your home, if he knows you support Trump? I don’t.
So the CEO of a Search Engine Optimization bans whom he labels Facists....IE Trump supporters.
So I won’t use his service because I won’t support who I consider my enemy.
Psychotic Leftist will back and use his company.
Hopefully those of use who know of this person will boycott. And hopefully he will be fired and/or his company will fail or fold.
He’s decided to cut his potential client base in half. His call. “We reserve the right to refuse service.”
I agree. I don’t have a problem with him not doing business with anyone he wants to filter.
Pointing out hypocrisy is wasted on the left, because they believe they are our intrinsic moral superiors. “I only hate those that deserve the hatred”. Irony escapes them, and this fella simply seems full of unhinged hatred. He will not succeed in his business.
so... in other words, this guy probably had 3 clients, like the local body shop, a hair dresser, and a hardware store, and he needed some air-time.
Even though he’s getting back-lash, I bet he picks up quite a few lefty customers because of the exposure.
He’ll be out of business in a year, but he’ll make a few bucks in the mean-time from the new business.
Heck yeah! There’s all sorts of highly useful skills such as the physics of throat singing, Anatomy of Safety Pins, non-binary tendencies of Latvian annelids, Evolution of Clothes Hangers 1790 through the industrial revolution, and Topology Variances in National Parks.
Yep - he would fair better in CA.
Whatever it is, it just lost half its customers. Way to go. More CEOs need to voice their feelings. It makes it easier for us knowing where not to spend our money.
Good for him.
We need more people to stand up for their rights not to do business with people they don’t want to do business with.
Think about this. This is a good thing (even if the particular guy is anti-Trump). This is how it should be. People should be able to associate (or not) or do business with (or not) anyone for any reason.
Of course it’s bad business to turn down business, but that is also a decision each business owner should be allowed to make.
Free speech, free association. I stand up for this guy’s right to do this!
Also cake makers, photoghaphers, and anyone else ... do business according to your own conscience.
What does publicly trading a CEO involve?
"Note: Due to receiving thousands of hateful and threatening phone calls,
we are not currently answering our business line.
Please contact us via e mail.
If you are an actual prospective client, we will respond as quickly as we are able."
chuckle
Your honesty is a breath of fresh air not to mention lots of laughs! Keep Rollin’ .
It is 1st in Search Engine Optimization.
They cruise the internet looking for businesses they can spam with promises of getting their websites moved to the top of Google, Yahoo, etc.
Probably just this one guy and a couple of friends comprise this entire "business." It's his garage, thus he gets to be CEO.
I had many good years with that corporation, income that was more than just decent. That all came crashing down with a bang in 2008. I’ve kept the corporation on paper since, more out of misplaced sentiment than anything, I guess, or maybe hope springs eternal for a better day.
People are talking about this guy as if he’s honcho at some major corporation just because he printed CEO on his business card. You and I both know that’s not necessarily the case. He works days as a fireman. This is no C-suite power player, I promise you that. And, to treat his manic butt-hurt bleatings as anything but just that is sort of ridiculous, frankly.
