A federal judge in Colorado on Monday denied a motion filed by two electors who want to avoid voting for the presidential candidate who won the state's popular vote in an effort to keep Donald Trump out of the White House.
According to thedenverchannel.com, Judge Wiley Daniel said granting the injunction to allow electors to vote against the popular vote would "undermine" the electoral process.
He advised the plaintiffs to try to change state law if they were unhappy instead.

And since they are in friendly terittory - without a real opponent, they are very certain (well NOT) to get the ruling they desired... at least an initial ruling.
Wonder how they screwed this slam dunk up?.
You probably need to take a few tokes to wrap your mind around their plan, but here it is:
They will vote for some GOP loser (Kasich or Jeb), so when fantasy faithless Republican electors join their *Hamiltonian* movement, DJT will not have enough votes to secure a clear win. Then, (still following?) the election is thrown to the House & Senate, where Congress must consider the top 3 elector picks. Even one elector vote constitutes a viable 3rd place candidate. Considering the Never Trumpers, they hope Congress will select the 3rd place GOP pick instead of Trump.
Hillary doesn’t win, but neither does Trump, which does their wizened little hearts good. In this instance, “selected, not elected” is their goal.
They are butthurt, so everyone must be equally butthurt. It’s only fair.
I cant stand the WINNING!! STOP!!!
________________
Absolutely not!!! I want to win until they are comatose, curled into a fetal position and drooling and then they get hauled off to the asylum.*
* I know you didn’t really mean it.
Cruz pioneered this BS with his attempts to game the electors during the primaries.
Let's hope he gets upheld on appeal.
Left-handed wingnuts, to be accurate.
Of course, all these judges’ decisions that prevent the snowflakes from stopping Trump will be viewed by the media and other libs as making Trump illegitimate.
They are quick to embrace judicial decisions when they favor them, but somehow judges are bad when they go against their whining wishes.

Another letter to the editor, “When white men ruled”
White male dominance is over FOREVER in these United States of America. They might remain in power in corporate positions and other institutions, but over time that will wane. It will be written and misunderstood in history books, if they still exist, and our grandchildren will ask, “How was it when white men ruled?” And I will say, “Worse than now.”

Nemanich is a disgruntled Sanders supporter.
...who?
Robert Nemanich, one of the electors suing Colorado, is with Occupy Wall Street.

When the Democrat party nominated Bill Clinton, I realized that it is dangerous. It occurred to me then that the atrocities we hear about in other countries could happen here--we have people of the mind-set to do that.
As time goes on, I see leftist extremism coming more into the open.
I hope Trump gets to work to restore voter integrity ASAP. Without that, we will lose the country.
Or how about not agreeing to serve as elector for a candidate if you don’t like him.
This actually goes back to Al Gore. When he could not overturn the election with the recounts, a lot of leftist pundits started writing about how the electors could “vote their conscience” instead of voting for their candidate. There were several articles describing how the electors could do that.
Their assumption is that everyone really wants a communist dictatorship, and that the electors will naturally vote for that if they are “free” to do so.
This election is picking up where the 2000 election left off. With the death threats against electors this time around, I am scared of how far the left will go next time around.
or a “mean Palm Beach Pokey”!
“Court costs assessed against Plaintiffs in the amount of eleventy billion dollars.”
You’re close, you’re real close.
Their effort is, to make a mockery of the Electoral College, to lead to its banishment.
Our effort should be, to restrict who can become electors, and make them post personal bonds (not paid by others) that they would forfeit if faithless.
The Chris Supreme Bankruptcy dude would not have qualified.
