I wouldn’t put it past the WORST occupant of the Oval Office EVER to announce he is pardoning every prisoner in every maximum security facility in the nation, effective at 11:59 am on January 20.

Obama’s term expires regardless of circumstances. The Speaker of the House becomes Acting President if there are no other decisions possible. All federal employees would get their paychecks under the authority of the Acting President, not any ex-president.
He says some tough sounding words then takes his toys to Hawaii.

If there were any real reporters in DC the first question would be: “What is the damaging DNC email which the Russians revealed?”

I understand that is what is supposed to occur, but part of me still fears he is going to make an extraordinary claim and appeal to the American people to stay in office for the indefinite future. Or, declare martial law. We should never underestimate his craven desires.
I hope I am being paranoid.
