For being Anthony Weiner - that's a crime against humanity all by itself.
Actually, humanity owes a debt of gratitude to the odious worm Anthony Weiner for the supporting role he played in keeping Hillary Clinton out of the White House. Maybe that alone should be grounds for a 'get out of jail free' card.
As gross as Anthony Weiner is, remember that we owe him a debt of gratitude. If he hadn’t been caught with his pants down, again, slipped into the public eye, and exposed his small failings one more time in those final weeks before the election, we would have missed out on the final splash of Hillary email news. President Trump might (or might not) still have won, but the election would have been closer. Many of President Trump’s swing voters were looking for an excuse to vote Trump, and more Weiner was exactly what they needed to see.

You’ve gone to the heart of the matter. Why hasn’t he been charged? There was a rumor that the DOJ threaten action if the hard drive contents were released. I confirmed through a source with contacts within NYPD that the hard drive did contain incriminating info. Hopefully Trump will purge the DOJ and unleash investigators and prosecutors.
