No amount of therapy will help him. He is so delusional that he has no clue about reality.
He reminds me of a mental patient who is blithely living in his own happy little world, unaware of what’s happening all around him. His caretakers see to it that he is fed and clothed and they don’t attempt to correct his delusions because to do so only brings rage and frustration. He can’t handle reality, so they don’t impose it on him.
