forget politics!!

I LOADED THAT STUPID VIDEO APP BECAUSE WINDOWS 10 DOESN’T HAVE DVD VIEWING SOFTWARE!!!

IT WRECKED MY LAPTOP!

SO I REBOOTED MY LAPTOP BACK TO THE FIRST DAY I GOT IT!

SHOULD WORK FINE NOW.

IT’S NOT!!

SLOW AS HELL!!!!!! CRASHES.

HELP!!!!

My suggestion is that you check TASK MANAGER (must also pick SHOW ALL TASKS FROM ALL USERS) and see if there is a SVCHOST.EXE using up all the CPU time.

If so, then TURN OFF WINDOWS UPDATE. On my computer, Windows update was SCANNING for NEW UPDATES every TENTH OF A SECOND.

Once I turned it off.... viola... no more slow computer.

Get another cheap laptop to freep with. Keep the hosed laptop disconnected from the internet until you can figure out what is wrong with it.
