Holder, currently a partner at the law firm Covington & Burling, will serve as an adviser and outside counsel to help "resist any attempts to roll back the progress California has made" — in particular with climate change, health care, civil rights and immigration issues, legislative leaders said Wednesday.

Kalifornia is paying the head "Straw Purchaser" to defend their rights ?
Isn't that an oxymoron ?

Wow!!!!

These liberals have spent so much time telling themselves how great they are, that they actually believe their own bullshit. Can’t wait to see what Holder is going to do when he actually has try and do his job. I’m quite sure he’ll perform, miserably, blame it on the Russians and Bush and then go cash his check.

Democrat Paranoia.

Why do they think Trump cares what they do in California?

If you like your regulations, you can keep your regulations.

Just don’t burden the rest of the nation with them. Pass them locally, don’t depend on the Federal government.

How is running guns to Mexico and refusing to prosecute Black Panthers going to help California?

One thing is for sure. They aren’t going to find a pushover in Trump. He already knows his way around a courtroom and is use to having a staff of lawyers.

What “progress”? California is a basket case because of decades of mismanagement by so-called “progressives”.

This is a true fraud, he is a great example of the fact that for Democrats credentials or capabilities are NEVER a requirement for being placed in a job. This schmuck couldn’t lawyer himself out of a cat house raid.

I am surprised that California is not paying Holder at $100 million dollars a year to be on retainer as the special counsel for the Bakersfield Bullet Train.

To overcome court challenges, Trump is going to need statutory changes and new judges. Good lawyering alone will not be enough.

I think Trump should tap Newt Gingrich to form a judicial review committee, to gather evidence and present cases to Congress for impeachment targets in the judiciary.

But maybe we get the 100 new judges placed first. And then go after the bad judges.

True. There are a lot of Judges who see nothing wrong with making law from the bench. Plus, they are clearly biased for the liberals.
