OK. Not sure what that has to do with my comment, though. I said that any Ranger NCO would have gone through Ranger school, not just the leadership course, and the dog-and-pony show BS that I referred to was the woman being allowed to be a Ranger. I didn’t say anything about whether Ranger School was hard. In fact, when I was in, a Ranger or two told me that the hardest part of Ranger School was the lack of food, not necessarily the physical demands. Either way, having a female Ranger is a joke.

You knew this nonsense was coming!
Training
You will need to complete Ranger School to become a U.S. Ranger. This is no easy task -- 45 percent of soldiers who start Ranger School do not complete it. Lower-rank enlisted soldiers and sergeants must attend Ranger Assessment and Selection Program 1, an eight-week course that will provide you with the basics needed to operate in the regiment.
(This appears to be the course taken by the women)
If you are an officer, warrant officer or senior non-commissioned officer, you will need to attend Ranger Assessment and Selection Program 2, a three-week program intended to select the best leaders for the regiment.
They did not complete this part of the course
You will also need to complete more than two months of training at the U.S. Army Ranger School. You will complete the training right away if you rank as a sergeant or higher. Otherwise, you will complete it after multiple combat deployments.
that may be all the females have to carry. At least it was up to last Friday noon.
