Is it OK to laugh at and ridicule lunatics?

I have had several Disqus accounts banned from my local liberal rag for doing just that, with great gusto.

and the Feds can cut off all the bennies...

which means the state of California will have to come up with the welfare, food stamps, free housing and schooling, ER etc for all their precious illegal aliens and moslem terrorist “refugees” themselves...

good luck with that...

I’m a bit of a war monger. I feel like a couple of 1000 pound shots (BOOM!) across the bow might bring them to their senses.

Really, I don’t think cutting off federal income tax money would last very long. Like about 12 hours.

“That money doesn’t go through Sacramento”

Correct.

And if CA passes a law requiring all employers to send the withholding to Sacramento, the US Army will occupy the Capital and imprison all the politicians.

Throughout our history, Uncle Sam has always got his and will do whatever is necessary to ensure it.

Period.

Does it work as a RICO?

...as CA is obstructing legitimate interstate commerce...namely preventing sending tax collections to the Feds.

You send your FEDERAL INCOME TAX check to San Fran and NOT to the IRS in DC? smh

Granted, I've never lived, nor even set foot in California ( and NEVER wanted to go there and still don't! ), but I have lived in several different other states, none of which have I ever sent Federal Taxes to!

We still don’t have an Attorney General yet, do we?
Who would bring the hammer down besides someone fully on Donald’s Team?
The states would commit the fiscal offense and get away with it for a couple of months. Dems, RINOs and Wafflers would make it their business to keep that job unmanned.
Hopefully, I’m wrong.

There are few red counties left in CA. Only the small ones are red. Even once reliably red Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura counties are Democrat counties now.

CA is a lost cause

I’m not sure how California can prevent individuals and businesses from paying payroll and income taxes, which is where almost all of the money ‘California sends’ to Uncle Sam comes from. (Which California gets back, minus abt 22%).

Easy to counter this move. The minute California tries this gambit, the feds cancel all water distributions to California from the Colorado River system. They currently get the Lions share. Let the water go to Utah, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico - and as a token of good will to Mexico, let an appreciable amount flow down to the Gulf of California (it hasn”t reached there in years). Hurry up and start to work on desalination, California!
