Varney just announced committee approved Betsy Devos - now goes to full Senate. He thinks she will be approved. As we know, this appeared to be one of the most contentious nominees to the Dims b/c of her stand on liking school choice.

Does anyone know offhand or have a link to the image or text of the law that people were posting here right after President Trump past the temporary refugee ban? Now I can’t find it, and I need it for a debate. Google is not my friend, because all the searches now go to leftist sites saying how it’s unconstitutional. What I remember about the post here is that it was pretty broad, just saying that the president had the right to ban noncitizens for whatever reason.
