Would he have to invoke it considering the Democrats never revoked it after they invoked it after the earlier Republicans played nice and failed to invoke it?
This is a new Senate. They make their own rules. They can adopt the old rules or make new ones. The old rule was not used with SCOTUS nominations. This time it should be.
McConnell needs to man up and get it done. No farting around this time.
