Hopefully “the considering” is part of a plea deal in which he gives up info on far bigger fish. If this guy is an entree into the Clintoons and has credible prosecution materials regarding either of them or against the brown bomber, I’d let him walk if it came to that. Weighing his waving his schmekel in front of a camera is low on the list compared to destroying the country.
In a way he saved the country and that would mean a lot.
Let him walk with some kind of monitoring, hefty fine, and random checks. He gets out of line again, then off to the pokey.
