(AUSTIN) -- A man who had previously been deported to Mexico who is charged with kidnapping and sexual assault was arrested Thursday night by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, CBS affiliate CBS Austin reports.
Police say 46-year-old Juan Lopez of Austin was arrested without incident and charged with a pair of 1st degree felonies.
According to police, Lopez had arranged for the female victim, who he had known for over a year, to take his vehicle and keep it at her home while he left on an out-of-town job.
Police say Lopez was then to meet the victim and have her drive him to an unknown location last month.

This is a prime example of why it is time for Sheriff Sally Hernandez to STEP DOWN (in disgrace) - her thinking that she can write immigration policy is not in her preview and certainly not in the safety and benefit to the citizens — she is to enforce laws not rewrite them.

I thought that the last time I went to our mall and it looked and sounded like a Mexican mercado. I don’t go any more.
We deport them - they come back. Shooting them might be extreme... maybe we should nuke Mexico City.
(OK, both of my ideas might be over the top (understatement) - but Americans need to talk about Mexican lawlessness and how to make Mexicans understand WE’RE SICK OF THIS CRAP.)
