Hey, it’s the 9th Circuit. Exactly what I would expect from them. Trump needs to split the 9th into two circuits and appoint more judges to both.
Very unbelievable. I think trump should add mandatory bank account of 50 thousand dollars to all vetting. Other countries require a source of money to get into their country.
President Trump should write another EO that says that anyone entering the country from those seven countries will be detained until they can be vetted properly.

Not really. It is the 9th Circuit, so it would be expected. The 9th is a really awful circuit. Some years ago, I read an article that said that the 9th Circuit was the most over-turned court circuit in the country. Hopefully, that will continue and Trumps immigration order will stand.
