Rep. John Lewis has filed a formal protest with the NFL, demanding a review. The Falcons claim they had more fans nationwide, and thus won the popular fan vote. A judge in Seattle has issued a ruling declaring the Patriots win “harmful” to Atlanta fans, and has barred the NFL from issuing the Championship title to New England.
