He also left the toilet seat up in the bathroom off of the “hearing” room.

Pure garbage. He filed a brief citing precedent.
The exchange between DailyKosJunior and his attorney, in whole:
"Mr. Pruitt was referencing a notice filed in which the Attorney General's office sent a Supreme Court decision to the judge which supports Oklahoma's arguments made in the case. "On 7-6-2011 the Attorney General's office filed notice of relevant authority sending the court the Supreme Court decision in AEP v Connecticut which the Attorney General's office says supports their arguments made in the poultry case regarding whether the CWA displaced its federal common law nuisance case."
Business Insider asked Konkus in a follow-up email where in the notice Pruitt's office encouraged the judge to reach a decision.
Konkus replied: "His intent in sending the notice was to encourage a decision in favor of Oklahoma's position."
At this point, I believe the EPA nominee has a pretty good defamation case.

It’s not even a mistake. He filed a supporting brief.

A false statement or a misstatement? Was it voluntarily corrected?

When is this vote? The sooner the EPA goes under the knife the better.

The case had been decided before he took office but the findings hadn’t been released.

I haven’t seen Ziggy since the ‘90s. I suspected Wilson was conservative back then. I need to find a Ziggy outlet.

That's the same logic that Obamacare used to say that not buying health insurance was still participating in commerce.

300,000 TONS...
Believe it.

LOL! had to dig real deep to make the words "in support of the case" to mean actually trying to make it a success vs. filing the documents that were required "in support of the effort to let the case run its course"
I guess it's tasty fodder for the Trump concern trolls....
I bet if al;l the concern trolls would
