Burning passions over Donald Trump's presidency are taking a personal toll on both sides of the political divide. For Gayle McCormick, it is particularly wrenching: she has separated from her husband of 22 years.
The retired California prison guard, a self-described "Democrat leaning toward socialist," was stunned when her husband casually mentioned during a lunch with friends last year that he planned to vote for Trump – a revelation she described as a "deal breaker."
"It totally undid me that he could vote for Trump," said McCormick, 73, who had not thought of leaving the conservative Republican before but felt "betrayed" by his support for Trump.

This story is essentially Reuters threatening conservatives. Their message is to shut up and let the hysterical leftwing bigotry win lest it cost you personally. So they set out to look for examples of how to make the threat.
I am sorry Reuters, but put your threats where there is a pronounced lack of sun shine. No matter how much leftwingers threaten to hold their breath, Americans have started to see that reason and common sense can win over your tyranny of perpetually being offended.

Even if true, this is another very weak not even news.
It is so weak, it can’t be classified as fake news.
The fact that Reuters is treating this not really is news as news, is proof how hard up the mediots of the left are for anything to print against Trump.
They are like children, spoiled little children.
The most ironic thing about all of this is that the media instigates discord in waves day and night provoking emotionally belligerent people to act on their greatly amplified anxieties, pre-established prejudices, and preconceived notions.
And since people are cockier, dumber, have greater violent tendencies (especially when they don’t get their own way), and are growing more and more uncivil, it is causing a very dangerous and unstable atmosphere.
We have a nation of emotional infants (regardless if they are as young as 15 years old, or as old as 78) and the only way to expose and deflate their influence is to be smart, guarded, mature, and humble. Believe me, they don’t know and don’t care how they come off, and the louder they become, the more people with an ounce of sanity will be turned off by their behavior and the causes that they endorse.
