As I posted on another thread recently, SNL was still watchable as recently as three or four years ago. Though it had its ups and downs, and never returned to its original glory, there were a lot of good performers from Eddie Murphy to Kristen Wiig. Now it's awful. Unfunny, mean, and nothing but leftist agitprop. I told my wife this weekend that I've watched my last broadcast of that dreck.

Original Murphy standup is classic. A bit raw, perhaps, but classic.
Went to see John Wick 2 this weekend. Big fight in it, goodguy and baddie wind up falling down a neverending flight of stairs. About 1/2 way through, my buddy yells, "My Shoe!!".
Best part of the movie, IMHO. :-)

I have watched SNL since its beginning and I have thought about writing them a letter and telling them they don’t even make me smile anymore. The old reruns are still crazy funny but they have lost it with the new stuff.
