Marked. I have been following this on tweeter and it sure seems like they have some problems with the gates and the spillway itself

It is within 1.5 feet of its level achieved in 2016 whihc was seven months before the 2017 mess.

That was one of the things that had them alarmed early in the 2017 rise of runoff. They knew they were way ahead of the record 2016 curve.
