Burlington is the latest retailer to drop Ivanka Trump's brand online
Business Insider ^

The discount retailer Burlington Coat Factory no longer sells products from Ivanka Trump's brand online.

As of Friday, the retailer's website doesn't show a stock of Ivanka Trump accessories and clothing. The change comes amid news of several retailers dropping the first daughter's line in the last two weeks, including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Gilt.

Burlington was selling 13 items from Ivanka's fashion line as of Tuesday, according to Shannon Coulter, the brand strategist who started the #GrabYourWallet boycott of Trump products.

Since October, Coulter has charted which retailers do business with the Trump family on the Grab Your Wallet website. People who oppose President Donald Trump's actions and policies were encouraged to boycott these retailers.

And the left thinks they’re the anti establishment and fighters for freedom and speech. What they are is fighters for the criminal and for established speech codes.

Big business, any business, can do what it likes with regards to selling merchandize, but they better remember who actually BUYS stuff vs who sits behind a keyboard and makes threats. They’ll find out.

Are these companies being threatened with violence or sabotage if they don’t comply with the anti-Trump demands?

I have never purchased anything in a Burlington store. I don’t like their merchandise. So they won’t be missing me as a customer.

I smell a business opportunity

Yep.

Anyone carrying her products should gear up for internet sales and get their name out to every conservative blog, gun blog, prepper site, conservative news site, etc., etc.....

It’s pretty obvious that these businesses are getting a lot of behind the scenes pressure and are capitulating because they don’t want the crazies showing up at their stores. The left is going after anyone near Trump. There must be a way to use rico to go after these bastards.

Ask Joy Villa how supporting Trump helps sales

AND ask Macy's how trashing Trump hurts sales...

So many of these companies are now run by university-indoctrinated, MBA, arrogant, know-it-all PC/SJW/proggie/LGBTQ minions.

They WILL get their judgement in the marketplace (as Joy did, on the flip side).

Seems to me that the more clothing stores advertise that they are dropping her line, the higher her online sales will go up. “They” are advertising for her!! HeeHee!

Let me guess. The products weren’t selling and Burlington regularly rotates the product lines it carries. And it’s just coincidental that other stores are doing this at the same time for the same reason.

Clothing companies want cheap labor. They want illegals who they can treat like dirt.

Being dropped by Burlington Coat Factory is a good thing. They sell such crap that Ivanka shouldn’t want to be associated with it.

Used to shop there a long time ago, you could buy a decent suit there and have it tailored. Over time the selection became more urban, the clothes more cartoonish, and the clientele more ghetto (started noticing security officers there). Tried one of their stores after a few years and having moving 1,500 miles away - and nothing changed.

I’d say this is one store that is not good enough for Ms. Trump’s clothes line. Can’t imagine they’re headed anywhere but Ch.11.
