The attorney for a young woman who was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement after speaking at a news conference about immigration says she's been told the woman will be deported without a hearing.
She got a hearing...we heard she was here illegally, and now she gets to go home via deportation.

Excellent!
I am not a fan of civil asset forfeiture, but when there is an underlying crime, including illegal entry into our country, I am a big fan of seizing property acquired with proceeds obtained from illicit activity. The federal government should take everything she has but the clothes on her back, auction it off, and use the proceeds to cover the cost of arresting and deporting this criminal.
