Convicted pedophile and registered sex offender Jeffrey Epstein served investigative journalist Mike Cernovich with legal papers earlier today. In a plot twist fitting of a Kafka novella, the entire motion is redacted. I can’t tell you what this motion claims, nor can I defend myself in court against these secret charges.
My due process rights are being violated, as it’s impossible for me to respond to this motion, as I don’t know what’s it in and cannot read what accusations pedophile Epstein has made. Here is another excerpt.

Today it was revealed that a top paid for John McCain was popped today in Colorado for pedo stuff he has been doing it apparently for a long time.
The array of perps involved in pizzagate related activities is staggering and they are launching a full court press against even small fish daring to speak about pizzagate.
In a YouTube Interview David Seaman, a pizzagate investigator, revealed that at the recent deploraball a female agent from a three-letter agencies approached him told him something amazing.
She said they were all watching his videos and revealed they worried that pizzagate allegations could, and this is a direct quote, unravel the sweater of Western Civilization.
The legal document attached mentions neither Cernovich nor Epstein.

Not defending McCain here. I'd bet over half the politicians in Washington are pedophiles, or in the "know" on who is. Just wish Trump would get on with prosecuting PizzaGate, Epstein Island, Hilary Gate, Obama wiretapping gate, birthergate etc. etc.

No, it wasn’t. That’s an old story, and the guy was a McLame organizer for the southern Colorado district, not a “top aide”.

First, the reporter is referred to in the third person and in the next sentence, in the first.
There is a difference between what the actual parties in a case have access to and what is available online publicly.
This may account for the redacted version.
There is no chance the court will take any action on the matter until evidence is presented showing that service was effected either on Mr Cernovich or his attorney.
How did he find out a motion was filed? It sounds like there is a case already filed and this is a motion hearing related to that. It may be an ex parte hearing. That requires minimal notice to the other side. A phone call to Mr. Cernovich’s attorney would be sufficient.
Since the legal purpose of “serving papers” is to establish that the recipient has been duly informed of the charges, allegations, facts, or whatever the substance is, redacting the content, at least to the extent claimed, would invalidate the process. I’d have to guess that “What’s up with that” is a blogger trying to gin up hits and attention out of nothing.
It’s not going to unravel it for the Republic, it’s going to unravel it for the twisted evil elite while we get a rebirth. These people need to be excised like a tumor and at best exiled to some windswept sub arctic island...

I’d read that Seaman’s girlfriend was murdered. Any truth to that? I haven’t been following him that closely. Just saw his videos were taken down.

Sorry, but I’m having real “smell test” problens with this story, and it’s associated fundraising appeal.
A party to a legal action must file a response to such a motion, and that is not possible without knowing what the motion says!
It’s like someone demanding an answer, but refusing to tell you what the question is.
This has a ring of untruth to it. This may be a give-me-money scam.
