A new kind of segregated dorm will soon appear at Haverford College.
“Queer designated housing” will arrive in time for the Fall semester at the Lancaster, Pennsylvania academic institution according to Campus Reform.
Qui Alexander, the director of the Haverford Women’s Center at the Lancaster, Pennsylvania academic institution, was interviewed by the college’s newspaper, The Haverford Clerk. She described “QHouse” as a “refuge (home) for all LGBTQ students by its commitment to support, safety, intersectionality, joy, and interdependence,” suggesting that “many LGBTQ people struggle with the concept of being their whole selves at home.”

And what sane parent who cared about their maturing child would pay money to send their child to such a college or for any alumnus to sent them even a cent? Lancaster the city is about 70 miles west.
Lancaster AVENUE (US Rte. 30) runs east-west through Ardmore, Haverford, Bryn Mawr....

Fifty one years ago we served KP at an out processing “QUEER” barracks in San Antonio. Our drill instructor lined us up
and said...”You will not laugh! You will not snigger! You will not point! You will serve the food! IS THAT CLEAR!”
And we said..”SIR, YES SIR!”
And we saw plenty!
The assistant DI told us there were things that went on in that barracks after dark you did not want to know about.
