Great picture. What a classic press briefing: Carly explains Cruz’s hanky panky with Cruz standing there listening.

Your analysis of the conundrums associated with the politics of replacing Obama care, even of repealing Obama care, are salient. Many of them have been anticipated by us and it has caused me to advise this administration and Republicans to be very careful about embracing this tar baby.

In fact, I advise they let Obama care implode and only then come in and clean up the mess to avoid the very problems they face today. Trump has brought much of this on himself when he made promises that were simply mathematically impossible but he was correct at least once when he said that the Republicans were rescuing the Democrats by taking over and reforming Obama care. It was a foolish thing to do probably occasioned by overheated campaign rhetoric.

As it looks now, by Trump and the Republican establishment trying to be all things to all people means that conservatives and moderates will feel betrayed and Democrats will have escaped the tar baby stigma of their own making.

We will be lucky to emerge from this with a conservative coalition intact and some sort of health insurance law that kicks the reckoning down the road a generation.

If you feel comfortable about Trump's fidelity to his campaign promises concerning Obama care, an examination of the infrastructure spending program will no doubt make you ecstatic.

Once again, what bill has Donald Trump signed into law?

You Neveratrumpers crack me up.

You might as well be John McCain or Lindsey Graham.

This bill is getting eviscerated by just about everyone.

Didn’t Trump state it was time for the negotiations to begin or some such?

Tell me why he would say that if he thought it was perfect now?

They are dying for the day when they can come out and say we backed the wrong guy.

Screw the nation, they’re paring for the worst just to be vindicated.

It’s similar to the leftist/globalist. They’re scared to death Trump turns this boat around, like he said he’d do. It’s why their throwing down spike strips every inch of the way.

As usual, you're way behind the curve with respect to President Trump's actions.

There is ample evidence supporting surveillance of the Trump campaign, under whatever flimsy auspices it may have been justified.

President Trump's tweet totally obliterated the Russian Hacking narrative. It has virtually disappeared from the news.

Every one of the warnings which I raised on Saturday have been vindicated over and over on the establishment left wing networks.

Your warnings have been vindicated on the fake news networks? How very impressive.

Let me know when they are vindicated on any real news networks.

Fortunately, we have an informed punditry which strongly disagrees with your incisive "analysis".

You seem to live in an alternate reality in which the Left wing news networks possess some kind of vestigial integrity or relevancy to what's happening in this country.

Perhaps if you were on the ground here in America, you'd realize how detached from reality these networks are.

President Trump will produce whatever "proof" he cares to in his own time. Meanwhile, as I've indicated, along with several other objective minds, plenty of evidence has been cited.

Again, I don't hear Mark Levin fretting about the issues which seem to so effectively put you in a tizzy.

Charges of the President being erratic, charges that he has brought charges without proof—the Left wing networks (along with you, of course) will continue to make such empty claims, and they will continue offer impotent "refutations". And you will apparently continue to give them credence they don't merit.

These same networks have been contradicting themselves furiously ever since the President's tweet.

He leaves himself open to the charges of being erratic, he leaves himself open to the charges that he has brought charges without proof, the commentators point out that he has the power to produce such proof but has not done so. He has been refuted on three levels.

Yes. And it's very telling that Mark Levin hasn't adopted your ridiculous tact of second-guessing the President's tweets. I don't hear Mark Levin whining about the President's those at all. Indeed, it's as if he doesn't think that they were the missteps that you have waxed so hysterical about.

Either Obama has ordered wiretapping of Trump or he has not.

You know darn well that if the President did do this, it will be wrapped in several layers of plausible deniability.

Thus, your entire absolutist premise is absurd.

Basically, you're running around here raising the same Establishment arguments that the Democrats and Media (but I repeat myself) have been clinging to for several days, and you are apparently unaware of the general level of disdain that the American people have for such hair-splitting.

You simply are incapable of viewing this political situation objectively. At least if I'm going to be guilty of being subjective, I'm going to "err" on the side of the President.

You, on the other hand, are merely echoing the same disingenuous Establishment gripes that we hear on the news 24/7.

The evidence supporting the general notion that the President and his campaign were spied on by the Democrats is all over the place. If it was a snake, it would have bitten you.

Here in the real world, Congressional investigations are getting underway, and this evidence which you and the Left seem to be insisting is lacking will soon be voluminous enough that even you (and they) won't be able to continue denying it.

As for your "Constitutional Crisis", if you're not aware that this is a political battle that's occurring between the President and the Enemy of the People, then you're detached from reality.

Of course, your claim that the President of the United States is tweeting "charges generating a potential constitutional crisis without offering any proof" is another testament to your unhinged perception of what's really happening.

President Trump isn't going to play by your rules. He's been using a different set over the last couple of years, and very effectively, apparently, inasmuch as he sits in the oval office.

I think I'll continue to defer to his judgement and timing, as opposed to that of someone who can barely stand the man.

The fact is, you've been wrong about this man for going on 2 years, and there's no sign that you've seen the light as yet.

So just stick with the your cut-and-dried arguments and criticisms, which essentially indistinguishable from what we hear from the mainstream media on a daily basis.

I'm sure President Trump is overwhelmed at the knowledge that you still "have hopes" for him. I certainly am deeply moved by your heartfelt expressions of goodwill towards the President. How profoundly gracious of you...

Real conservatives? Where have these "real conservatives" been for 2+ decades nate?

Ted Cruz has a 96% rating from Conservative Review second only to Mike Lee in the Senate. I define him as a "real" conservative. He is not responsible for the declensions of Rinos, they despise him.

Donald Trump has appeared on television endorsing the bill and in terms which no one would describe as understatement.

Surely you do not suggest that we conservatives should maintain a monastery like silence on the critical issues of our time while the leftists, the Democrats, the leftist media and the lobbyists ply their arguments to effect legislation, leaving it for us only to speak out after the bill has passed into law and it is too late.

I expect you and everyone else to trash the originators of the bill and the bill itself.

I would do my best not to trash the only chance we have of major change in this government. If you and others undermine him, we get nothing.

And lest people not be able to grasp this, we will never get a better chance than this.

Destroy this guy and it’s over.

Send him emails and urge him to do what you want, but if you publicly join the Democrats to oppose him, it won’t be with my help.

Sargon you are a smart guy and a patriot but you really got to get a life.

Nathanbedford, you are an erudite and eloquent patriot but you really need to start giving the President the benefit of the doubt.

President Trump has accomplished far more than you've ever been willing to give him credit for. All along the way, you've been a naysayer—an unbeliever—and it appears that that will continue to be the case for the foreseeable future.

I'm starting to listen to Mark Levin again to see if he's going to continue with his documentation of the evidence which supports the gist of the President's recent tweets regarding surveillance of himself and associates by the Democrats and the 0bama administration.

As opposed to your fixation on their ostensible "unfounded" nature, I haven't heard Mark Levin obsessing over the President's tweets.

I haven't heard Mark harping about a "lack of evidence"; apparently he doesn't expect the President to get down into the weeds and argue over minutae.

The President paints in broad strokes, and leaves the gory details to subordinates. The tweet he made, despite your belief to the contrary, is amply backed by evidence.

Will there ever be concrete legal proof that President 0bama "ordered" wiretapping of President Trump and his associates? Likely not. However, evidence of surveillance is clear, and Congressional investigations—and maybe even some actual journalism—will undoubtedly provide much more detail as time goes by.

So tirelessly repeating disingenuous Media narratives is not a legitimate criticism of the President's actions. We have the mainstream Media for that. Your contributions in that area are gratuitous.

Unlike you, who always sees President Trump's glass as half-empty at best, the bulk of us see it as half-full, at the very least.

It's abundantly clear that you just can't get past your dislike of President Trump—despite his amazing accomplishments—and consequently you will continue to misjudge and underestimate him.

At such time as you start displaying some actual goodwill towards President Trump, and overcome your well-documented historical bias against him, you'll undoubtedly become an even more effective persuader...
