Nonsense, she might be mentally retarded, or she might just be engaged in intentional agi-prop. Either way attacking her would be foolish. How would it play in the news if a mentally retarded woman was assaulted by Trump supporters? And if she isn't retarded but just engaged in agi-prop, filming her and mocking her on you-tube makes anti-Trump people look like the insane cry-babies they are. But attacking her makes her some kind of martyr, where the narrative will be she was attacked when peacefully protesting.

I am all for a strong self defense when one is physically assaulted, but this kind of agi-prop is meant to make its targets do something stupid like you are proposing. The way to beat them is with good natured mockery, not by stooping to their level.

She really looks mentally unstable. Her pallor is way off, as well. I'm thinking she needs some professional help, most likely inpatient. No sane, rational, mentally-healthy person thinks, "I'm going to go to this event and just scream over and over". ..unless, of course, it's a concert. :).

Perhaps she didn't get any attention as a child...and this is the only way she knows how to "be heard".

My first thought. Anyone going to a Trump rally should bring something like that with them and prepare to hear about "brutality" and "suppression of free speech".
