Preet Bharara, the U.S. attorney who was fired today was also the attorney who brought charges against conservative activist and author, Dinesh DSouza back in 2014. DSouza was sentenced to 5 years probation and 8 months in a community confinement center.
Dinesh DSouza faced political persecution after he directed and released anti-Obama film, 2016: Obamas America. He was indicted over illegal campaign contributions. It was an obvious witch hunt. Read more about DSouzas political persecution here.

Preet was likely in on government spying on Trump.

Now it’s starting to make sense.

Certainly does. Going after the Comrade was probably a ruse that in the end would lead nowhere and just serve to keep him in office long enough to do some damage from inside the government; you know, like occasionally taking a dive on a crucial case, etc.

I don’t know where people get the idea you can just sue public officials for everything, but you can’t.

Never heard of suing a former prosecutor, especially when you were guilty. I support the firing but DD was guilty and should not have been making illegal contributions. Pretty stupid.

OMG! I have thought of that too this afternoon based on how he is reacting. He went after Dinesh shouldn’t be that far fetch to think he was spying on President Trump.

"It was an obvious witch hunt."
Probably requested by the Clinton's via Preet Bharara.

Bharara also went after Reason magazine to get information about posters who made inflammatory comments there, then imposed a gag order to prevent Reason from writing about it.

Good for D’Souza. This business of Democrats getting away with murder and conservatives having the book thrown at them needs to stop.

It is ridiculous what he did to D’Souza. The new sheriff in town asked Bharara to resign, but he refused, so he got his butt kicked. Excellent! Winning!
