I’ll bet he does!!
Well, well, well. The enemy of my enemy is not necessarily a friend.
Happy for Dinesh. Now that’s Prick is a civilian, DD should sue his ass.
Preet was likely in on government spying on Trump.
Now it’s starting to make sense.
I had no idea Preet procecuted Dinesh. I’m happy for him....karma’s a bytch.......;)
Good. Then I am glad his azz got fired.
Probably requested by the Clinton's via Preet Bharara.
Time for payback and send this Bozo to prison.
Good for D’Souza. This business of Democrats getting away with murder and conservatives having the book thrown at them needs to stop.
It is ridiculous what he did to D’Souza. The new sheriff in town asked Bharara to resign, but he refused, so he got his butt kicked. Excellent! Winning!
So im inclined to think this NYAG knew of the wiretaps by Obama on Trump and the NYAG ok it and Trump has now found out
Bharara wasn’t bad, as Democrats go. he was all over Cuomo and DeBlasio.
Still, when he refused to resign and dared the president (the AG, technically) to fire him, he left President Trump and Attorney General Sessions no choice.
I posted this earlier on another thread, but I believe it’s appropriate here:
Dineshs account of his trial and incarceration in a halfway house was the first book I read in 2016.
I dont always agree with Dinesh, but I have never doubted his integrity.
He wrote at length about how Bharara insisted on maximum punishment for a technical violation of the campaign finance laws that should have, at worst, drawn a small fine and a reprimand.
Later on, I read from other sources about what a great prosecutor Bharara supposedly was, and how close he was to nailing some really corrupt bigwigs.
Well, thats possible. But what I know for sure is the way Dinesh was railroaded.
So, its hard for me to form a mental picture of Bharara as some kind of moral paragon. Based on Dineshs account, I dont get the impression that he would be trustworthy in a GOP administration.
Didn’t Dinesh do 2 years in prison over something that no one else goes to prison over? F u Preet.
abolish amendment 17, this makes us a republic again, see Federalist #63
limit the judiciary to yes/no decisions,
let governors cancel a SCOTUS decision by majority vote,
mandate Constructionist rulings by the SCOTUS,
and reinforce states powers EXPLICITELY using Article 1 section 8 an iteration of the powers of congress.
A standard modus operandi of the left is the selective enforcement of the law.
They prefer laws which are obtuse, vague, and imprecise. They prefer laws that have no basis in morality or even ethics. They want lots of these laws. Mountains of red tape and bureaucracy that makes every person a criminal and every citizen a slave. Arbitrary and capricious.
Then they use such laws as a sledge hammer to attack their political rivals.
They also refuse to prosecute the most blatant, open abuses of power. They ignore rampant political corruption and crime within their ranks. These seem to be badges of honor rather than disqualifies from serving in public office.
The lists of examples is endless.
The earlier stories where Sessions/Trump “asked Preet to stay” confused the issue - now it is starting to make sense that he is among those being let go...
Great post. Until now, I couldn’t understand why Bharara was canned. It’s clear, now. There is no way an unbialed prosecutor would single out DSouza and ignore all the corrupt Democrat donors in NYC.
