There actually was nothing wrong with the first ban. The statue gives the President nearly unlimited discretion as to whom he chooses to allow to enter the country.

Why should one Democrat judge be able to dictate to the entire country that they must allow militant Muslims into our country? The president has the authority to run our foreign affairs, including the issue of immigration. Should there be an attack by anyone from the banned countries, blood will be on Democrat hands.

Trump already cross the Rubicon. He entered into the judiciary when he recognized the first court and responded and appealed. He should have said, this is my contitutional power and the judiciary has no jurisdiction, but he didn’t. He picked up the tar baby and he will die the death of a thousand cuts on this issue. The dems are holding the USSC appointment back and he won’t get a majority on the court.
