The child born in to war - then starved to death: Five-month-old baby who only ever knew suffering becomes the latest to die from hunger in war-torn Yemen

Kristof published this photo from March 2016 without attribution.

I believe that's a slam-dunk case of plagiarism.

He also published it with intent to mislead, which he STILL is doing on his Twitter feed this morning.

We should also remember that Nickie Kristof [who lives in a multi-million dollar house, and could afford to save many children like Udai] has been agitating for the removal of President Trump from his blog at the New York Times.

Kristof, whose actions would make Julius Streicher blush, also solicited felonies by IRS agents in a recent Carlos Slim blog article:

So, the kid died a year ago when the Kenyan was in power and Kristof wants us to meet the dead kid now? Kristof might want to back off whatever it is he’s smoking, drinking or taking.

Neither Obama nor Trump are responsible for that baby starving.

It’s known that most cases of famine and starvation occur from the corrupt regimes in those war torn countries that ruin the land for crops, destroy what’s there and hoard the food aid sent in for themselves and their cronies.

I’ve seen pictures of starving Venezuelans with chubby well fed soldiers guarding the line making sure that the starving people don’t get more than their fair share.

This is not Trump's doing.

The reason the kid starved was because both the Obama Administration and Yemeni al-Qaeda Houthi terrorists were blocking food distribution relief efforts.

Kristof blames Trump now, we blame the president at the time, 0bama.

This is a war.

If their pitchers are throwing at the heads of our players, we throw at the heads of their players. It's that simple.

That’s a very strange story. The family has 9 kids, none of whom look to be in the same condition as the baby. It said he had severe diarrhea. I think something was wrong with him above and beyond malnutrition.

A huge reason for the mass famine is the diversion of corn and other staple grain reserves to the production of ethanol for auto fuel.

The eternal production has reduced grain supplies and boosted the price of grain by actor of three so as to make it unavailable and unaffordable in poor areas of the world

Mass starvation is a result of this insane policy

No less and Sec of State Tillerson has commented that it is immoral to divert grain from food to fuel. Looks like he knows what he is talking about.t

“It’s known that most cases of famine and starvation occur from the corrupt regimes in those war torn countries.......”....

True. Those in charge have a terrible habit of pocketing any intended “aide” sent to their countries. Food is held or sold on the black market and then sold to the people who can AFFORD it, others just die of starvation.

I blame Obama, who was shoveling trillions to Iran at the time, not to mention ISIS. That money could have been better spent.

I have no love for the Saudis, but this conflict was started by the Iranians who are fomenting Shia-Sunni sectarian conflicts. That’s the beautiful thing about Islam. Taken to its logical conclusion there will only be one Muslim left standing. That is, if the last two don’t succeed in killing each other. The rest of the human species will have gone extinct, having been slaughtered and starved through centuries of war.

Come to think of it, maybe that explains the Enviro-leftist’s affinity for Islam. They want the human race to be eliminated, and the jihadis would make that happen.

“I blame Obama, who was shoveling trillions to Iran at the time, not to mention ISIS. “

Obama could have led a world effort to build 5 desalination plants off the coast with an infrastructure that would have sent water throughout the country. It would have enabled the Yumpin Yemeni’s to grow crops, create economies while at the same time preventing Mutha Erf from flooding due to global warming.

Instead, Obama gave that money to Iran so they could build nukes. This is the message we need to keep hammering the left with.

Sorry to tell you but there is a bit of truth in rdcbn’s words.

Each time the ethanol program steps up it causes a corn shortage in Mexico and as a result tortillas get priced above what many can pay.

There’s some new fad vegetable from one spot in Africa - I forget the name. Used to be a staple crop for the poor in the area. Now it’s all sold for export and the locals can’t afford it.

Nickie Kristof, who lives in a multi-million dollar mansion, and Katie Couric, who makes around $7500 an hour, are wringing their hands over this on Twitter.

Talk about hypocritical "virtue signalling"...
