Freedom Caucus lied to Trump. Trump asked what concessions they wanted to get this done. Trump got the concessions they wanted. Then the Freedom Caucus voted no.

That is simply not true. There was no real reduction of regulations that drive up the cost. Costs would continue to go up.
No one voted, they pulled the bill, they were losing as many RINOs as conservatives.
