Better question is how much the Koch Bros. paid the others to stay and obstruct the agenda of POTUS.
If POTUS' agenda is Obamacare 2.0 and ensuring once and for all Fed.gov swallows another 20% of the US economy, then its a crappy agenda.
If the agenda of POTUS & Congress is to further embed socialist medical care - the exact opposite of what they campaigned on & promised to the American people - then I welcome obstruction.

Now that’s an interesting question, given the fact that Paul Ryan is a helluva lot closer to the Koch Brothers than anyone in the Freedom Caucus. Furthermore, it took more than the 36 members of the Freedom Caucus to kill AHCA and “obstruct” Trump’s agenda, which I thought was to “Repeal and Replace Obamacare”, not water it down a little and blow sunshine up our butts.
