On November 2, 2016 the Virginia Office of Newcomer Services answered our FOIA request for information pertaining to the refugee resettlement program in Virginia for the fiscal years 2014, 2015 and 2016. Some of the documents received reflect fiscal periods previous to 2014 due to the renewal and/or modifications to earlier contracts.
The pre-election revelations from multiple Wikileaks releases showed everyone the power of “crowd sourcing” the analysis of large amounts of data in short order.
Secure Virginia (or Virginia Free Citizen Watch) has decided to leverage the knowledge and brain power of our members and readers to thoroughly analyze these documents.
So we are issuing a call to action for all activists and analysts to review, study and analyze the documents shown here.
All files are searchable by keyword so you can choose to view all files per fiscal year, per contractor, per program or per subject.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of abbreviation and acronyms used throughout the documents. We have also done our best to name the files in such a way that the content is easily identified.

I am making a request under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (§2.2-3700, et seq.). Requests include the indicated reports listed below that the State of Virginia submits to the Office of Refugee Resettlement plus additional information and copies as listed.

The Office of Newcomer Services does not hold regular meetings with Departments of Social Services. Training and technical assistance are provided to local departments of social services as needed.
The Office of Newcomer Services holds periodic meetings with the refugee resettlement agencies, community partners, and resettlement directors for a variety of purposes including contract negotiation, monitoring, training, technical assistance, and review of federal and state policies. Meetings with individual contractors are scheduled as needed.
Virginia Community Capacity Initiative Dialogue Group Meetings are local initiatives led by leaders in each community that resettles refugees.

All these resettlement groups make a LOT of money and as far as I can see....answer to no one.
For starters, I’d think that some sort of crowd tracking of these ‘religious’ service organizations providing said services should be comprehensively tracked to assure value for the public dollar for one.
Secondly, the names, locations and other pertinent public data of these ‘refugees’ should be noted and tracked, and kept track of, frankly.
Lastly, we need to know just what kind of Muslim assistance refugee incursion programs are out there and what these people are doing where, when and with what (in terms of resources). Otherwise STOPPING this foolishness and self destructive behavior of our government (and by proxy, us) will be all the more difficult.
Ubama spent every second of his last in-power moments securing our destruction and with the help of his ilk did the best to hide it all as best they could. We need help to uncover and expose this treachery. I’m not saying this is the be all and end all, but it is a start in the stream of newfound consciousness. Thanks!

The Bank Secrecy Act should be mobilized----to follow the paper trail and determine how resettlement monies changes hands; to determine the scope and dimension of collusion in sub rosa deals, who might be personally profiting and if financing terrorism is being facilitated.

<><> Joint R/A bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer of funds from one account to another, and/or wire-transferred offshore;
<><> To cover their tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into R/A accounts was being used for legitimate purposes.
<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for insiders' personal use and/or for financing migrants from terrorist countries.

NOTE WELL Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes and financing terrorism. “The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.
Shady banking transactions could be prosecuted under the (1) Bank Secrecy ACT, (2) RICO, and, (3) the Hobbs Act.

You paid plenty........b/c the “needy refugees” are pocketing under several different identities.
Not only have we been paying for “them”, we are literally a slave of theirs for a time while they get to destroy the time you have with raising and caring for your own children, which is the endgame-—to get both parents into the workplace, controlled and taxed by the state, so the State can also get complete Mind Control over your children at young and vulnerable ages so they will corrupt them, force in unnatural, artificial realities so Slavery is Freedom and boys are girls, so our children will be made into ignorant slaves of their System for life. (like we are now).
We need to quite working for the system (actually blow up their systems of control (edukation)—and take back the minds of our own children and give them the tools to be critical thinkers and free. (Classical Christian curricula only).

I couldn’t agree more with ever word you wrote...especially keeping track of these “refugees” someone (s) must be in touch with the emigre at all times...in other words, someone must bear the responsibility for the foreigner 24/7 just as you would a child.
