If she is not the leaker and all she did was unmask, she’s NOT in legal jeopardy of any kind.
Unless/until the leaker is found. Then there is enormous leverage the DOJ can bring to get the leaker to spill the beans on this presumptive conspiracy.

I think this story just got some LEGS !!
I’m under the impression that the unmasking can only legally occur when there is a national security concern. And, she disseminated the unmasked intelligence to various other intelligence agencies here and abroad. She’s going to have to prove that she gathered that intelligence, disseminated that intelligence, and unmasked those names for purposes of national security, and not for political reasons.
She is in trouble if the unmasking was improper, meaning that there was no national security reason for doing so and was only for political purposes. She will be called before Congress to justify her actions, and she may face a criminal referral to US AG Jeff Sessions.
And don’t forget, Trump is on the trail of the leakers which is a felony. My guess Ben Rhodes will be fingered for leaks to the media.
